A fast-growing working capital lending organization is hiring an experienced Underwriter to join its onsite team in Sioux Falls. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, detail-heavy environments and is comfortable making

judgment calls in non-traditional lending scenarios.

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate risk and review financial documentation for working capital loans
• Review, approve, and fund files that don’t fit traditional loan models
• Ensure accuracy and compliance across all funding decisions
• Partner closely with sales and internal teams to drive deals to completion
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to lending policy discussions

• Experience in underwriting, finance, or risk assessment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume work
• Comfortable with ambiguity, quick task-switching, and technology
