UI/UX Designer
TechTrend is seeking a full-time UI/UX Designer to design, develop and maintain the enterprise design system, including UI components and style guides. The UI/UX designer will ensure consistent user experience, accessibility (Section 508/WCAG), and modern UI/UX practices across applications, in addition to providing prototyping and UI/UX consulting to development teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Investigating user experience design requirements for our suit of digital assets
· Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand
· Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes
· Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs and widgets for our digital assets
· Testing UI elements such as banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages
· Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design
Requirements & Education:
· Minimum of 5 years UI/UX design experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related technical field (Preferred)
· Work Location: 4 days remote (one day out of Reston VA office)
· Travel Requirements: No travel
