🔍 What You’ll Do

  • Provide legal and administrative support in Trusts & Estates, Probate, Wills, and Real Estate matters
  • Draft, proofread, and manage legal documents with a high attention to detail
  • Coordinate and assist with probate filings, will signings, and document execution
  • Maintain client communication and manage document flow
  • Anticipate attorney needs, ensuring deadlines and details don’t slip through the cracks


What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of legal assistant experience (required)
  • Trusts & Estates law experience in a law firm (required)
  • Strong document drafting and proofreading skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident, composed, and client-facing demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
