Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Truck Driver role based in Jacksonville, FL, Winter Haven, FL & Pennsauken NJ. The Truck Driver will transport cargo to and from ports, rail yards, and customer locations while following designated routes, schedules, and safety procedures. Daily responsibilities include performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, securing loads, and safely operating company trucks in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The role also involves maintaining accurate logs and delivery documentation and communicating regularly with dispatch through assigned communication systems. The Truck Driver will be expected to uphold Aqua Gulf Xpress’s safety and service standards and provide professional, courteous service to customers and terminal staff.

Qualifications

  • Sign on bonus of $1,000 Jacksonville and Winter Haven
  • Sign on bonus of $2,000 Pennsauken, NJ
  • Driver Referral Bonuses of $1,500
  • Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record and proven Truck Driving experience
  • Strong knowledge of DOT Regulations and safe driving practices
  • Ability to safely handle basic Truck operations, including pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Minimum age of 23 and medical qualifications as required by federal and state regulations
  • Experience with port, rail, or intermodal operations is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours running Regional or OTR freight, including weekends or holidays as needed
  • Strong communication skills, reliability, and a commitment to safety and customer service
