Key Responsibilities:

• Handle insurance coverage litigation (first-party claims)
• Analyze commercial & homeowners’ policies
• Take depositions and manage arbitrations/trials
• Provide client counseling and legal strategy

Requirements:

• J.D. + NJ Bar admission (PA a plus)
• 3-5+ years insurance coverage or insurance litigation experience
• Strong research, writing, and litigation skills
