McDonnell & Associates is looking for a civil litigation attorney for our King of Prussia location. Experience is preferred but we are willing to train committed candidates. The position offers opportunities to explore several practice areas and handle cases involving employment law, commercial litigation, premise liability, trucking, and products liability for a fortune 500 company. McDonnell & Associates offers a collegial family-friendly environment. The position provides opportunities to get “hands on” experience, including depositions, site inspections, witness/client interviews, court proceedings, motion hearings, arbitrations/mediations, and trial experience.  The position also offers opportunities to independently handle cases from start to finish, and work collaboratively with department practice heads on complex, high value cases. Attorneys also have direct client contact and interact with adversaries and Judges. Candidates must be barred in either PA or NJ, preferably both jurisdictions.

Each firm attorney is assigned their own paralegal who provides support with, among other things, calendar management, case investigation, efilings, discovery, medical record subpoenas, medical chronologies, and court proceedings. Associate attorneys are assigned a supervisory partner who meets regularly with the associate and assigned paralegal to provide support and guidance.
