Trial Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Trial Attorney to join a well-established legal team handling complex civil litigation matters. This role requires a highly skilled attorney with strong courtroom presence and the ability to independently manage cases from inception through trial and verdict.

The ideal candidate will have extensive trial experience, including first-chair responsibilities in jury trials, and a deep understanding of litigation strategy, case management, and courtroom procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage civil litigation cases from initial intake through trial and resolution
• Serve as first-chair trial attorney in jury and bench trials
• Conduct depositions, motion practice, and discovery processes
• Develop case strategies and oversee trial preparation
• Work with expert witnesses and handle complex legal arguments
• Represent clients effectively in court and during hearings
• Collaborate with internal teams while maintaining ownership of cases
