About the job


The Treasury Operations Analyst supports the Treasury function by executing day-to-day treasury operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with cash management, banking, and treasury systems. This role works closely with the Senior Treasury Operations Analyst to develop process expertise and operational discipline, while contributing to ad hoc projects and process improvements. This position provides exposure to global treasury operations and is an excellent development opportunity for candidates seeking to grow into more senior treasury roles.


Liquidity & Cash Management

  • Own the preparation, review, and delivery of daily global cash positioning and liquidity reports
  • Develop and maintain short-term cash forecasts and funding plans
  • Execute intercompany funding, loan settlements, and cash movements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Administer global cash pooling and zero balance account (ZBA) structures
  • Monitor bank balances and optimize the use of liquidity across business units

Treasury Systems & Banking Platforms

  • Serve as the Kyriba Treasury Management System super-user and process owner
  • Maintain data integrity, controls, and reporting accuracy in Kyriba
  • Design and implement automation, reporting enhancements, and workflow improvements
  • Administer global banking portals, including Bank of America CashPro and J.P. Morgan Access
  • Serve asthe first point of contact for portal issues, entitlements, and access management
  • Act as administrator for FX trading and confirmation platforms

Bank Account, KYC & Banking Management

  • Own the global bank account lifecycle, including openings, closures, and signatory updates
  • Lead bank account rationalization initiatives and optimization of banking relationships
  • Manage KYC documentation and onboarding for new and existing global bank relationships
  • Conduct bank fee analysis, benchmarking, and cost optimization projects
  • Ensure all bank accounts and KYC documentation is accurate, current, and compliant with internal policies

Treasury Operations, Controls & Reporting

  • Publishthe month-end FX rates for Sims Limited
  • Serve as a back-office function for FX hedging activities, including confirmations, settlements, and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with Group Treasury policies, SOX controls, and audit requirements
  • Support internal and external audit requests related to treasury operations

Capital Markets & Risk Management Support

  • Act as execution backup for FX transactions until a dedicated Capital Markets, FX & Commodities Manager is hired
  • Coordinate closely with the VP & Group Treasurer to ensure accurate execution, confirmation, and settlement of hedging transactions
  • Maintain hedging documentation, controls, and reporting to support risk management objectives

Treasury Administration & Corporate Cards

  • Serve as administrator for corporate credit card programs

Project-Based & Ad Hoc Treasury Initiatives

  • Lead or support ad hoc treasury projects as assigned by the VP & Group Treasurer
  • Drive projects from planning through execution and final reporting
  • Examples include U.S. Treasury operating model enhancements, global cash pooling redesign, system automation, and process standardization initiatives

Team Support & Development

  • Provide day-to-day guidance and technical support to junior Treasury Operations staff
  • Ensure strong operational discipline, documentation, and knowledge transfer
  • Act as operational backup for critical treasury processes


Experince

  • 3–5 years of corporate treasury or treasury operations experience with increasing responsibility
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or equivalent preferred
  • Hands-on experience with the Kyriba Treasury Management System
  • Experience supporting FX operations
  • Strong analytical, systems, and communication skills
