Treasury Management Support & Service Associate

Position Summary

The Treasury Management Support & Service Associate is responsible for supporting daily treasury operations and assisting commercial clients with deposit and cash management services. This role provides customer service, technical support, and operational assistance related to treasury products including online banking, ACH, wires, and remote deposit services.

Key Responsibilities

Treasury Support & Client Service

  • Provide customer service and technical support to commercial clients using treasury and cash management products
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution
  • Assist with onboarding new clients, including system setup, training, and implementation support
  • Maintain and update customer account information, documentation, and system records
  • Support online banking, remote deposit capture, ACH, wire, and Positive Pay services
  • Assist with password resets and system access issues in coordination with internal teams
  • Monitor account activity and ensure accuracy of pricing and account analysis statements
  • Prepare reports and assist with audits and internal reviews
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues and ensure smooth operations

Operations & System Support

  • Set up and maintain ACH, wire, and treasury service profiles in internal systems
  • Support remote deposit installations and ongoing client assistance
  • Assist with electronic statement setup and maintenance
  • Track and manage implementation requests and system updates
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of client setups and documentation

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Experience in banking operations, treasury services, or retail banking
  • Familiarity with treasury management products (ACH, wires, remote deposit, online banking)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
