Commercial Banking provides financial solutions to businesses with annual sales generally in excess of $5 million. Our business lines are Wells Fargo Commercial Capital, Middle Market Banking, and Treasury Management & Payment Solutions.

Treasury Management & Payment Solutions

  • Provides cash management services and digital channel capabilities for customers of Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking
  • Also serves some Consumer and Small Business Banking and Wealth and Investment Management customers, and Auto Dealer Finance partner relationships in Consumer Lending

Responsible for directing implementations for complex treasury management products and services. Consults with clients, serving as a point of coordination throughout the customer life cycle and providing installation and training expertise as needed. Ensures customer implementation data is accurately captured/recorded, and systems are correctly installed.
Facilitates complex implementations, establishing timelines and tracking ongoing projects to ensure successful delivery; may apply formal project management methodology. Acts as a liaison between the client, sales officers, vendors, Relationship Managers and other internal partners to deliver quality services that meet client needs. Presents training options toclients as needed. Performs post implementation analysis. May participate in process improvement or product development/enhancement activities. Provides guidance to less experienced team members. May participate in special projects as assigned.

There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

 



Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of financial services experience, customer services experience, or a combination of both; or a BS/BA degree or higher


Desired Qualifications

  • Exposure to Wells Fargo Commercial Card System
  • Knowledge and understanding of Commercial Card, MasterCard, or Visa products
  • 3+ years of treasury services experience
  • 3+ years of financial services experience
  • Strong, clear and concise written and oral communication skills
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment
  • Direct experience working for a branch of the military or familiarity with the military as a service member's spouse or dependent
  • Military intelligence or analytics experience using quantitative data to formulate solutions using applied math, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business/social and behavioral sciences
  • Military experience in personnel benefits management, processing military personnel orders or transitions, wartime readiness operations, human resources or military recruiting
  • Military intelligence or analytics experience including operational management, project management, mission evolution management and finance management
  • Experience working with military protocol and instructions, enlisted evaluations, officer/leadership reporting, and assistance with keeping military personnel combat-ready and effective
