Traveling Superintendent

Job Description: This person will mainly travel to projects in the midwest and east coast.

As a Traveling Superintendent, you will be responsible for planning the execution phase of various projects. You will collaborate closely with the operational team to create a comprehensive project plan, ensuring effective execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop a project plan for your phase of work.
• Prepare your team to execute using defined planning processes.
• Ensure project execution goals are met for your portion of work.
• Understand project information and identify obstacles and opportunities for your phase of work.

Essential Skills

• 1+ years of experience with a self-performing general contractor or concrete contractor.
• Self-perform concrete experience is required.
• Experience in commercial and/or industrial projects.

Work Environment

This role involves travel, with all travel expenses, including per diem, lodging, and relocation, covered by the company. You will work on a wide range of project types, including commercial, industrial, and data centers.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Plain City, OH.

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $130000.00/yr.

Full medical, dental, and vision insurance. Willing to pay relocation, get truck allowance, phone allowance. Pay for all travel and lodging.

This is a fully onsite position in Plain City,OH.

This position is anticipated to close on May 8, 2026.
