Construction Technician / Concrete Repair Laborer

$22–27/hr + Per Diem | Local and Traveling Projects

We are hiring dependable Construction Technicians for immediate work on commercial structural repair projects. This role includes both local assignments and extended travel across Colorado and out‑of‑state locations.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Concrete repair including patching and structural restoration
  • Concrete demolition and safe material removal
  • Concrete placement and finishing
  • Waterproofing and coating application
  • Formwork / carpentry including building and stripping forms
  • Rebar replacement
  • Caulking and expansion joint installation
  • Carbon fiber installation for structural strengthening
Preferred Experience
  • 1+ year of commercial construction experience
  • Acceptable experience also includes farm work, landscaping, concrete labor, or other outdoor labor environments
  • Experience on large commercial sites and familiarity with site safety is strongly preferred
Travel Requirements

This is a travel‑heavy role once local work is completed.

  • Willingness to travel for up to three weeks at a time
  • Travel throughout Colorado including Aspen, Telluride, Cortez, Crested Butte, Vail, and Denver
  • Out‑of‑state travel required to Houston, Dallas, and Galveston
  • Per diem: $45 per day in non‑resort areas and $50 per day in resort towns
  • Lodging provided when working more than 70 miles from the shop

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Thornton, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $27.00/hr.
