Work collaboratively under the guidance of a Lead Engineer alongside a team of Engineers to execute projects for various clients across the U.S. These projects range from Asset Maintenance Programs to Multi-Year Rebuilds/Tie Lines. The role requires a willingness to travel to project sites as necessary to gather data and interface with clients. You will be responsible for performing all aspects of designing overhead and underground power line projects, including line routing, finite element analysis, hardware/conductor selection, technical support during construction, and coordination for various permits and requests. An understanding of project deliverables such as plan & profiles, structure load analysis, structure framing, bill of materials, and design drawings is essential. Additionally, you will coordinate internal and external reviews of designs before final submission.
Responsibilities
This position is based in-office in Austin, Texas, working with the Power Delivery team. It offers a contract-to-hire, long-term opportunity. Direct employees are eligible for bonuses and, with certain tenure, profit-sharing options.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $57.00/hr.
