This role operates at the program level, ensuring alignment across business, product and technology teams, driving execution against the Transformation Milestone Plan (TMP) and enabling delivery of Program Increment (PI) objectives and key business outcomes.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), with a preference for individuals who have previously served as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) and/or Scrum Master and have progressed into program or transformation leadership roles.
What you’ll do…

- Cross-Workstream and Cross-ART Dependency Management: Identify, manage, and resolve interdependencies, risks, issues and constraints across workstreams and ARTs, escalating as needed to maintain program momentum.
- Executive Reporting and Insights: Develop and own rollup reporting and performance scorecards, translating complex delivery data into clear, concise, and actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Stakeholder Leadership and Communication: Serve as a key liaison between Workstream DRIs/Project Managers, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Program Leadership, and Transformation Office functions (Governance, Organizational Change Management), ensuring alignment and effective decision-making.
- Governance and Execution Discipline: Reinforce consistent program governance and execution standards, leveraging SAFe constructs (e.g., PI objectives, milestones) to enable alignment and transparency.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify systemic delivery challenges and drive improvements across workstreams and ARTs to enhance execution effectiveness and program outcomes.
- Collaboration and Teaming: Partner with peer Transformation Managers to manage cross-program dependencies and provide support as needed, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
