About the Role
Kris Lindahl Real Estate is seeking an experienced Transaction Operations Manager to lead and support our Transaction Coordination team while remaining actively involved in day-to-day TC work.
This is a hands-on leadership role designed for a seasoned Transaction Coordinator who is ready to step into a supervisory position — mentoring others, overseeing transaction quality and compliance, and driving operational excellence — while still managing transactions of their own.

Key ResponsibilitiesTransaction Coordination (Hands-On)
- Coordinate real estate transactions from contract to close
- Ensure all files are accurate, complete, compliant, and on schedule
- Review contracts, amendments, disclosures, and closing documentation
- Proactively identify and resolve transaction issues to avoid delays
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for agents throughout the transaction process
Team Leadership & Supervision
- Supervise, mentor, and support a team of Transaction Coordinators
- Act as a point of escalation for complex files or agent concerns
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training to maintain high performance
- Help onboard and train new Transaction Coordinators
- Foster accountability, professionalism, and consistency across the team
Operations & Process Improvement
- Monitor transaction workflows and workloads to ensure efficiency
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve turnaround times
- Ensure consistent systems, procedures, and best practices are followed
- Collaborate cross-functionally with agents, leadership, and operations teams
- Maintain compliance with state, brokerage, and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- Transaction Coordinator experience (required)
- Strong working knowledge of real estate contracts, compliance, and transaction timelines
- Prior experience mentoring, leading, or supervising others (formal or informal)
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files and priorities
- Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal
- High attention to detail and ability to problem-solve under pressure
- Proficiency in real estate transaction systems and tools
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Prior experience as a Lead TC, Senior TC, or Team Lead
- Experience supporting high-volume or team-based real estate environments
- Comfort implementing process improvements and operational changes
