Position Overview

The Training Coordinator supports the Software Product Engineering organization by combining training program development, business analysis, and organizational change management. This role focuses on ensuring contingent workers and internal teams are equipped, aligned, and continuously improving through structured training, clear operational processes, and effective stakeholder communication. The position requires a self-directed professional who takes ownership of ambiguous problem statements and drives solutions to completion with minimal supervision.


Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and manage end-to-end training programs, including compliance onboarding and role-specific functional training for technology teams.
  • Conduct training gap assessments and build prioritized remediation plans to address onboarding and capability needs.
  • Author and maintain training materials, reference guides, process documentation, and knowledge base content.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, manage scheduling, attendance tracking, and completion reporting.
  • Collect feedback, measure training effectiveness, and continuously improve curriculum and delivery methods.
  • Elicit, document, and validate business and operational requirements from leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Translate complex or ambiguous problems into structured requirements, work plans, and actionable recommendations.
  • Track operational metrics and produce status reports and dashboards for leadership.
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, action items, and dependencies to support delivery against strategic priorities.
  • Support organizational change initiatives through stakeholder analysis, communication planning, and adoption monitoring.
  • Develop executive-ready presentations that synthesize data, progress, and recommendations into clear narratives.
  • Serve as a coordination point across internal teams, vendor partners, and customer stakeholders, facilitating meetings and documenting outcomes.


Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and managing training programs or onboarding curricula in a technology, professional services, or enterprise environment.
  • Proven business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process documentation, and data analysis.
  • Working knowledge of organizational change management principles and stakeholder communication practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to operate independently, manage shifting priorities, and drive work to completion in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting technology or information technology organizations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with contingent workforce management platforms such as Beeline is preferred.
  • Exposure to Agile delivery environments, platform engineering, or vendor management frameworks is preferred.
