Trademark Attorney

Junior to Midlevel Trademark and Copyright Attorney - Washington, DC

Our client is a major Am law 100 firm, seeking a trademark associate with at least 2 years of experience for its Intellectual Property practice in Washington, DC. The salary range for this position is between $235k to $310k per year.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in trademark and copyright litigation, TTAB proceedings.
• Additional experience in U.S. and international trademark prosecution and portfolio management, enforcement, clearance and counseling.
• Excellent writing, verbal, legal research, and interpersonal skills.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
