Role Description

Lavigne Manufacturing is seeking a hands-on Tool Room Manager to oversee tooling inventory, purchasing, receiving, and tool room operations in our precision CNC machine shop. This position is responsible for ensuring machinists have the tools, supplies, and equipment needed to support production while maintaining accurate inventory records and vendor relationships. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Education and Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Previous machining experience is beneficial but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software, along with experience using inventory management systems.
• Familiarity with Epicor software is a plus.
