This is an opportunity to provide high-quality, community-based care in a flexible, hybrid setting while working alongside a supportive clinical team.If you are committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care and want the autonomy of a fee-for-service role with clinical support, we encourage you to apply.Position DetailsStatus: 1099 Independent Contractor (Fee-for-Service)Schedule: Flexible, Hybrid (minimum one day onsite required)Population: Children, adolescents, and familiesKey ResponsibilitiesConduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plansProvide individual, family, and/or group therapyDeliver evidence-based clinical interventions for mental health and substance use needsComplete timely and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updatesDevelop and implement safety and behavioral plans as neededCoordinate care with families, schools, and other providersIdentify and refer clients for additional services (e.g., psychiatric evaluation, higher level of care)Participate in weekly supervision and monthly team meetingsMaintain clinical records in compliance with regulatory and audit standardsQualificationsBachelors or Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related clinical fieldLicensed in Pennsylvania (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.) preferred but not requiredPre-licensed clinicians must have appropriate supervision arrangementsMinimum 2 years of experience working with individuals experiencing trauma, behavioral health, and/or substance use disordersStrong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and ability to work independentlyExperience working with diverse and multicultural populations
