As a Automation Testing Associate within Asset & Wealth Management Operations, you develop and scale automated QA practices that strengthen end-to-end delivery quality. You partner across technology and operations to embed automation from requirements through test planning/design, execution, defect management, and final product delivery. Based in Columbus, US, you hold global ownership for delivering innovative automation solutions aligned to increasing business demand and a dynamic technology environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Negotiate ongoing purpose and deliverables of the test effort.
- Guide automation testers on frameworks and automation standards.
- Collaborate with technology on BDD implementation and develop CI models and build pipelines using IntelliJ/Eclipse, Jenkins/Jules, Maven, and Bitbucket/Git.
- Automate test design with appropriate testing tools and manage test data using SQL.
- Manage stakeholders and conduct automation feasibility studies.
- Derive ROI and report on automation execution.
- Review code and provide timely feedback.
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities
- Expertise in Selenium, Cucumber, and Java with demonstrable test automation delivery; strong experience with BDD and TDD.
- Proficiency testing web services (REST, SOAP) and managing test data with SQL.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining automation frameworks (Keyword, Data-driven, Hybrid).
- Knowledge of Agile practices and cloud technologies including AWS, Azure, Google services, Kubernetes, ZooKeeper, and Docker.
Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities
- 6+ years of experience in automation and manual testing, with knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent negotiation and decision-making with the ability to multitask and test multiple applications per release.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with knowledge of one or more automation tools.
