The Test Lab Technician plays a critical role in ensuring safe, reliable, and high-quality testing operations within the hydraulic brake test lab. This role involves running tests, performing hands-on maintenance, and preventive maintenance of testing equipment, as well as providing technical support for complex troubleshooting. The technician will contribute to both daily lab operations and future planning initiatives.
Responsibilities
The Test Lab Technician will report to the Engineering Manager and work in the Hydraulics Lab alongside three other engineering technicians. The position requires 40-45 hours per week. The facility has a rich history of manufacturing automotive brake components for over 60 years, specializing in products such as Hydro-Boost Booster, Hydro-Max Booster & Master Cylinder, Driveline Park Brake, and Medium Heavy Truck ZOHT Disc Brake. The successful candidate will receive 10 days of PTO, 6 paid holidays, and access to Udemy courses after 6 months. This position offers the opportunity to work in a smaller location, allowing for involvement in all aspects of engineering and potential career growth.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
