Total Comp Expectations: 1st year - $110k - $120k


Position Overview: We are hiring a driven and energetic Business Development Manager to join our outside sales team to generate and close new business. Once the project is sold, our account executives take over the day-to-day fulfillment of the project while you focus on growing the relationship and creating referrals.


Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business within the large construction industry such as: new apartment complexes, hospitals, and high-rise buildings
  • Leverage leads, referrals, and networking partners to acquire new customers
  • Effectively communicate the advantages and value our company brings to the industry
  • Set up introductory meetings to introduce our account executives and proven processes to the client
  • Attend industry workshops, social gatherings, and networking events
  • Develop long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Be a Rockstar


Qualifications:

  • Sales, outside sales, or project management experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to perform independently
  • Driven and self-motivated
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
