Job Summary:

S & R Fastener Co. is looking for an enthusiastic Territory Sales Representative for the Southwest Florida Region. To service existing customers and grow the territory, strengthen customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and meet individual and company sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Work and engage with decision makers through cold calling and prospecting.
• Manage a territory by making daily calls (8-12) with dealerships, collision repair, and automotive repair facilities.
• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to increase revenue and market share within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Provide value added services such as ordering product, inventory management, and problem solving.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience. 
• A minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferred.
• Demonstrated professionalism and customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Able to collaborate and maintain relationships with decision makers.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: The anticipated total compensation for this position ranges from 45,000 to $75,000. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as, relevant experience, job-related skills, and other considerations.
