Pride Health is seeking experienced Telemetry Technicians / Monitor Technicians for a contract opportunity in the Emergency Department setting. We are looking for professionals with strong arrhythmia interpretation skills who can confidently monitor and respond to critical rhythm changes.

🔎 Key Responsibilities:

• Continuous ECG monitoring and accurate interpretation of cardiac rhythms & dysrhythmias
• Identify and respond to life-threatening rhythm changes
• Initiate codes and record rhythms during code situations
• Perform EKGs with proper electrode placement
• Communicate effectively with charge nurses, physicians, and care teams
• Enter and verify orders in the system
• Retrieve and report lab results to nursing leadership
• Troubleshoot monitoring equipment and respond to alarms promptly
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory and organizational standards

✅ Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• BLS Certification (AHA or Red Cross) – Required
• Dysrhythmia Certification – Required
• EKG Certification – Preferred
• Must have direct experience working as a Telemetry Technician or Monitor Tech
• Strong ECG strip analysis and arrhythmia interpretation skills
