Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Telemetry Float Pool experience with 12 months worked in the last 3 years.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >80 miles from facility to be submitted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Sanford Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Sanford Health.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - Strong Med Surg experience - minimum 2 years. - Minimum 1 year recent Telemetry experience. - Cardiac experience, able to start IVs, dressing changes, central line care, and foleys. - Exp with min 1/4 patient ratios

Unit Details: - Experience with MS and Tele/Stepdown patients.

Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend.

Floating Requirements: - Will float to all MS and cardiac tele/stepdown units, as well as overflow areas including the ED and PACU, to care for patients until a bed is available.

Required Credentials: - Each employment history entry must include detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, and whether the facility was a teaching facility. - Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. - Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.

Previous Employment Requirements: - Must take a full 6 months off from any Good Samaritan Society and Marshfield Clinic Health System location as well. - Must note in submission if you have ever worked for Sanford Health. If previously worked with Sanford, end date must be 6 months prior to submission date.

7 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months

1 reference required from within the last 3 years

Driver’s license required for submission
