West Capital Lending is hiring a Mortgage Tech Support Specialist to support our brokers and loan officers across the country with day-to-day technical issues, LOS platform support, onboarding, and light system configuration.
🧠What You’ll Do:
🔧 Troubleshoot LOS, POS, pricing engine, and CRM issues (LendingPad, ARRIVE, Shape, etc.)
🤝 Support LOs with login issues, broken workflows, access errors, and file flow concerns
📥 Respond to support tickets, emails, and chats in a timely and friendly manner
Help configure and manage user settings, permissions, and new user setups
🧩 Work closely with our Training and BD teams to roll out new tools and maintain adoption
🗂 Document recurring issues and escalate platform bugs to leadership or vendors
✅ What You Bring:
Previous experience in mortgage tech, IT helpdesk, or LOS/POS administration
Deep familiarity with common broker systems (LendingPad, ARIVE, Floify, Shape, etc.)
Clear communication skills and patience under pressure
Systems thinking and process-oriented mindset
Bonus: Experience with ticketing tools or light system integrations
