Technology Resiliency Solutions Product Associate will support the product management activities related to resiliency solutions. Resiliency solutions include capabilities supporting Business Continuity Management, DR playbook orchestration and failover automation, App to Infra dependency mapping, reporting etc.  The Resiliency Product Analyst will support the Product Owner or Manager in defining the product vision and roadmap, and work with development/delivery teams and other stakeholder groups across the Enterprise in delivering the capabilities outlined in the roadmap.

Technology Resiliency Solutions Product Associate will own a service or capability within the Resiliency Solutions portfolio and will engage key resiliency stakeholders involved in activities such as BCP, DR exercises/tests, cyber resiliency, data resiliency, crisis management etc., and develop requirements for target state resiliency solutions. You will drive the planning, implementation, roll out and adoption activities.  You will engage with development team; facilitate discussions, provide clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; and contribute to design activities and decisions. The Product Analyst will have experience in Agile methodology and has been part of initiatives to roll out capabilities to internal IT stakeholders in large financial organizations.
 



Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of technology experience
  • 2+ years of Agile experience
  • 2 + years of experience developing or supporting IT Service Management solutions


Desired Qualifications

  • Experience managing medium technology development efforts within a major line of business
  • Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
  • 1+ year of product development and product management experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and disaster recovery procedures/solutions
  • Experience leading enterprise wide implementations
  • Experience capturing and documenting complex business and functional requirements
  • Ability to manage in a matrixed organization environment
  • Experience conducting project meetings, presentations and status reporting
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with LOB stakeholders, technology CIO leadership, external service providers, and architecture teams
  • Knowledge and understanding of data visualization
  • Ability to develop roadmaps and plans that enable strategies
  • Ability to present to multiple levels of management


Other Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Enterprise IT Service Management or Technology BCP/DR solution delivery experience
  • Knowledge of ITSM & BCP solutions such as ServiceNow/Fusion; Automation solutions such as Ansible/ Chef / Puppet.; Monitoring/Dashboarding solutions such as ELK/Splunk/ AppDynamics / Dynatrace.; CMDB tools)
  • Use case definition, story definition and refinement; feature and backlog management
  • Demonstrates the initiative to explore alternate technology and approaches to solving problems
  • Ability to analyze data, create process flows and presentations
  • Proficient in Jira as well as MS Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint and in Visio
  • CBCP/ITIL certification or other related certifications are a plus
