● Research, pilot, and implement AI-driven solutions to automate repetitive tasks, improve analytics, enhance tenant
screening, predictive maintenance, leasing workflows, and other areas to reduce labor costs and boost efficiency.
● Oversee the evaluation and adoption of new technologies, vendors, and tools, with a focus on ROI and alignment
with CRE industry needs.
● Provide hands-on support for general technology troubleshooting, user training, and day-to-day IT needs.
● Assist with cybersecurity initiatives, including monitoring threats, implementing best practices, managing access
controls, and coordinating with external providers as needed.
● Collaborate with department heads and leadership to identify technology opportunities that support growth and
operational excellence.
● Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and implementations; report on technology status, projects, and
outcomes to executive team.
● Stay current on emerging technologies, particularly AI advancements relevant to real estate and business
operations.
Qualifications Required:
● Demonstrated experience using and implementing AI tools/solutions in a business environment (e.g., automation
platforms, machine learning applications, generative AI, predictive analytics, or workflow AI integrations).
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field
(or equivalent practical experience).
● 2–5 years of relevant experience in technology management, IT support, digital transformation, or AI
implementation (entry- to mid-level candidates encouraged to apply).
● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and user issues.
● Familiarity with cybersecurity fundamentals (e.g., best practices for data protection, threat awareness).
● Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
● Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a small-team environment.
Preferred:
● Experience in commercial real estate, property management, or related industries.

● Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Google Workspace, AWS) or integration tools.
● Project management experience or certifications (e.g., PMP, CompTIA, AI-related courses).

● Competitive salary commensurate with experience (target range: $82,500–$105,000 base, depending on
qualifications; performance bonus potential).
