ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform the quality control inspection function, including all incoming, in-process, and finished product inspections.
- Perform layered process audits and special audits at the direction of quality management and engineering.
- Works semi-independently to perform operations under minimal supervision.
- Compliance to all applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adherence to CER gowning and personnel hygiene requirements.
- Ability to train on manufacturing procedures and audit assemblers to ensure the manufacturing instructions are being followed..
- Maintain accurate quality inspection records and record of results.
- Assist with Material Review Board (MRB), PO review, and product release as appropriate.
- Assist in maintaining an accurate document control system and equipment calibration programs.
- Assist Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality in support of equipment and process validation activities, including verification inspection/testing activities.
- Execute specific projects at the direction of quality engineering and management.
