Technician (Quality)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Perform the quality control inspection function, including all incoming, in-process, and finished product inspections.
  • Perform layered process audits and special audits at the direction of quality management and engineering.
  • Works semi-independently to perform operations under minimal supervision.
  • Compliance to all applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adherence to CER gowning and personnel hygiene requirements.
  • Ability to train on manufacturing procedures and audit assemblers to ensure the manufacturing instructions are being followed.. 
  • Maintain accurate quality inspection records and record of results.
  • Assist with Material Review Board (MRB), PO review, and product release as appropriate.
  • Assist in maintaining an accurate document control system and equipment calibration programs.
  • Assist Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality in support of equipment and process validation activities, including verification inspection/testing activities.
  • Execute specific projects at the direction of quality engineering and management.
