Job Description
The HVAC Technician installs HVAC filters on units at commercial and industrial facilities while delivering professional, high-quality customer service. This role includes performing visual inspections of equipment, documenting filter changes, and completing all required paperwork accurately. The technician works primarily in outdoor environments and at heights, and is responsible for the proper use and accountability of all assigned tools.

Work Environment
This role is based primarily at schools and other commercial or industrial facilities and follows a swing/second-shift schedule, typically Monday through Friday from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Work is performed largely outdoors and at heights, often using ladders to access rooftop or elevated HVAC units. The position involves regular physical activity, including climbing, lifting, and carrying equipment and filters. Technicians use standard hand tools and mechanical tools in the field and must follow site-specific and company safety protocols at all times. The environment can include varying weather conditions and requires comfort working in a range of outdoor and facility settings while maintaining a professional appearance appropriate for commercial and school locations.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
