The Concrete Repair Technician performs heavy, labor‑intensive concrete restoration work on commercial and infrastructure projects across New York and New Jersey. This role involves chipping, grinding, patching, and structural repair in high‑dust, high‑intensity environments while following strict safety procedures and using appropriate personal protective equipment.

Work Environment
Work takes place on both outdoor and indoor construction sites, often on active commercial or infrastructure projects. The environment is high‑dust and noisy, with frequent use of heavy tools and equipment. Technicians regularly work at heights on temporary platforms, scaffolding, and elevated surfaces, as well as in confined or awkward spaces. The pace is fast and the labor is physically demanding, requiring sustained stamina throughout the shift. Field crews are predominantly Spanish‑speaking, and travel between job sites in New York and New Jersey is a regular part of the role.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincoln Park, NJ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
