Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our team on the 2nd shift from 1 PM to 9:30 PM. The role offers a pay range of $27 an hour and involves working with various mechanical and electrical systems to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Perform PLC and mechanical troubleshooting.
  • Conduct both reactive and preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
  • Repair and maintain conveyors, sensors, compressors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
  • Assist with facilities maintenance including HVAC and plumbing duties as needed.
  • Maintain reliable transportation and demonstrate good tenure.

Essential Skills

  • Strong troubleshooting experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
  • Experience with facilities maintenance and components such as compressors, steamers, conveyors, bearings, chains, hydraulics, pneumatics, sensors, and sprockets.
  • Competence in both mechanical and electrical tasks, aiming for a 50/50 split.
  • Possession of personal tools for electrical and mechanical maintenance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with 3-phase motors.
  • Experience working within a linen processing facility.
  • Familiarity with industrial-grade dryers, washers, folders, and conveyors.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
