Robert Half is partnering with CBRE to support a large-scale initiative with Meta, focused on building out data centers across the United States.


Due to a shortage of experienced data center professionals, this project is launching a training program to develop new technicians—and we’re hiring Technical Trainers to lead the way.

This is a unique opportunity to get involved in a high-visibility, long-term project with strong potential for extension.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

🎓 Training & Instruction

  • Deliver training to new data center technicians
  • Support hands-on learning and skill development
  • Guide trainees through technical concepts and real-world applications


� Technical & Operational Support

  • Assist in developing and improving training materials and processes
  • Support onboarding and development of new technicians
  • Ensure consistent training delivery aligned with project goals


🤝 Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Provide feedback to improve training effectiveness and program structure


✅ Required Qualifications

  • Experience in one of the following:
  • Data center operations
  • Telecom / fiber / cabling
  • Technical training or instruction
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment


⭐ Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor
  • Background in:
  • Data center environments
  • Telecom companies (e.g., AT&T, Spectrum)
  • Experience delivering hands-on technical training
  • Exposure to learning & development (L&D) or curriculum design
