Technical Support Specialist

Brayman Construction Company is looking for an IT Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support for a Greater Pittsburgh Area project. If you enjoy solving problems, working with a variety of technologies, and supporting users in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

What You'll Do as an IT Support Technician:

• Provide frontline support: hardware setup, software installation, troubleshooting, and user assistance.
• Travel to locations around Pittsburgh to support or install IT infrastructure (networking, phones, printers, cameras, etc.).
• Handle Level 1-2 support requests and set up or replace computers and mobile devices.
• Perform account administration tasks (new users, password resets, deactivations).

What You Bring as an IT Support Technician:

• Knowledge of basic networking and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Azure, and mobile device support (iPads/iPhones).
• 3+ years of IT support experience or equivalent education.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently, quickly and efficiently.
• Interest in IT certifications or career growth in technical support is a plus.

SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION:

This is a Safety Sensitive Position requiring work on project sites, including federal projects. This position may require working at heights, in confined spaces, around heavy equipment, around high voltage, and under constantly changing circumstances. This position will be subject to more stringent drug testing and compliance policies associated with our status as a federal contractor.
