Job Responsibilities
1.Drive sales of scientific research services, including next-generation sequencing (NGS) and other high-throughput sequencing solutions, within the assigned region.
2.Promote the company’s products and services through academic conferences, scientific meetings, and industry events (both virtual and in-person as required).
3.Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
4.Identify customer needs and provide appropriate technical and commercial solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
5.Manage the sales process from lead generation through contract negotiation and deal closure.
6.Coordinate contract execution and follow up on payment processes to support timely revenue collection.
7.Respond to customer inquiries and assist in resolving issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Biology, Molecular Biology, Genomics, Biotechnology, or a related life sciences discipline.
2.Solid understanding of molecular biology, cell biology, and sequencing-related workflows or technologies.
3.Prior experience in scientific research services, NGS, or life sciences–related sales is strongly preferred.
4.Must have legal authorization to work in the country of residence at the time of application.
Work Location：
Remote (United States)
