The Opportunity

We’re hiring junior-level recruiters who are motivated to build a career in recruiting and sales. You’ll receive hands-on training and mentorship while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This role is onsite four days per week, with flexibility to split your time between our Midtown Manhattan office in the Chrysler Building (2 days/week) and our Rockville Centre, Long Island office (2 days/week).

You’ll support national searches with a high concentration of roles in New York City’s tech market — giving you exposure to some of the most competitive and dynamic hiring environments in the country.

What You’ll Do

• Master the full recruiting cycle — from sourcing and outreach to closing offers
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean searches to identify top candidates
• Draft compelling job descriptions and candidate outreach messages
• Engage with candidates daily to understand their skills and career goals
• Partner with senior recruiters to match candidates with client needs
• Guide candidates through interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations
• Keep recruiting pipelines and candidate data organized in the ATS

What We’re Looking For

• No recruiting experience required — backgrounds in sales, business, customer service, or communications are a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ambitious, competitive, and motivated to hit performance goals
• Organized and able to multitask in a high-volume environment
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative office setting
• Must be able to work onsite 4 days/week split between Midtown NYC (Chrysler Building) and RVC, Long Island

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $40,000 – $60,000
• Commission: Uncapped earnings potential — realistic first-year comp of $70,000–$80,000+
