Key Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end execution of complex technical programs from concept through delivery
· Develop and manage program plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies
· Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, QA, regulatory, and operations
· Drive alignment between technical and business stakeholders
· Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively manage issues
· Track program progress and provide clear, concise status updates to leadership
· Ensure technical solutions meet performance, scalability, reliability, and compliance requirements
· Facilitate decision-making by evaluating trade-offs and providing data-driven recommendations
· Support system integration, validation, and release readiness activities
· Establish and improve program management processes, best practices, and tools

Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
· 5–10+ years of experience in technical program management, systems engineering, or related roles
· Experience managing complex, cross-functional technical programs
· Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and/or system development lifecycle
· Proven ability to manage schedules, risks, and dependencies across multiple teams
· Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
· Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

· Experience in regulated industries (e.g., medical devices, healthcare IT)
· Familiarity with system integration, data interoperability, or platforms (e.g., APIs, HL7, FHIR, EMPI, Rhapsody)
· Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid program management methodologies
· Proficiency with program management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project)
· Background in software, systems architecture, or infrastructure programs
· PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications (optional)
