We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to support our Project Management Office during a high‑growth phase of the organization. This role works closely with engineering, product, and operational teams to coordinate delivery of critical initiatives that span multiple systems and stakeholders. You will be responsible for bringing discipline, transparency, and execution rigor to work that is complex, fast‑moving, and highly interdependent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of technical and cross‑department initiatives from initial definition through delivery, ensuring commitments, milestones, and outcomes remain on track.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business leaders to establish scope, sequencing, resourcing, and cross‑team dependencies across concurrent initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain delivery artifacts such as project schedules, dependency tracking, risk and issue logs, sprint coordination, and leadership‑ready status updates.
  • Proactively surface risks, constraints, and blockers, and work across teams to drive timely resolution before delivery is impacted.
  • Facilitate working sessions, sprint reviews, and alignment meetings with clear objectives, structured facilitation, and documented follow‑ups.
  • Convert technical execution details into clear, concise updates for non‑technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Ensure PMO data accuracy and integrity across reporting related to progress, overall health, and completion metrics.
  • Contribute to the evolution of PMO standards and practices to improve consistency, visibility, and delivery efficiency as the organization scales.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing technical, systems‑driven, or cross‑functional projects in dynamic environments.
  • Demonstrated success coordinating work across engineering, product, and implementation or integration teams.
  • Strong working knowledge of project and delivery tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, or comparable platforms.
  • Exceptionally detail‑oriented, with a history of producing reliable data and reporting trusted by leadership teams.
  • Effective communicator able to align diverse stakeholders and navigate both technical and business discussions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, anticipate issues, and drive progress without formal authority.
  • Comfortable operating in organizations where processes are evolving and priorities can shift quickly.

Preferred Experience

  • Background supporting initiatives within regulated or highly structured industries such as fintech, healthcare, or SaaS.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum delivery approaches and how engineering teams execute within sprint models.
  • Exposure to teams leveraging AI‑enabled tools or workflows within engineering or delivery environments.
  • Project management or Agile certifications (PMP, PMI‑ACP, CSPO, CSM, or equivalent).
  • Experience supporting PMO functions within high‑growth, private‑equity‑backed, or rapidly scaling organizations.
