The Mission: At ANPC, we solve the world’s most difficult airfield challenges. We aren’t looking for a "task-tracker"—we’re looking for an execution specialist who lives for the "how." You’ll be the heartbeat of our internal engineering cycles, turning high-precision navigation and surveillance requirements into flight-ready reality.
The Day-to-Day:
- 80% Internal Engine: You are in the trenches with our Systems, Software, and Hardware teams. You’re the one running the standups, clearing the technical blockers, and owning the Agile rhythm.
- 20% Strategic Interface: You get a seat at the table. You’ll be the primary point-of-contact for our external development contracts, making sure our partners and customer stakeholders are in sync with what we are building.
Why this is different: This isn't a "cog in the machine" role. Reporting directly to the Director of Program/Project Management and Development, you’ll have the autonomy to lead cross-functional teams through the high-stakes world of New Product Development (NPD) and sustainment. You’ll work with modular systems and concurrent engineering in an environment where precision is the only option.
This is a full-time in-office position in Hood River, Oregon.

- Strategic Stakeholder Interface: Manage development contracts and act as the primary point-of-contact for external development partners, working directly with customer stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet technical and contractual requirements.
