In the role of aTechnical Brewer working in Fort Worth, TX you will oversee theendtoendtechnical brewing processes to ensure system integrity, capability, and consistent product quality. You will drive costeffective production by maximizing operational efficiency and applying WCSC Pillars to support continuous performance improvement.
You will ensure adherence toGoverITrequirements andmaintainresponsibility for thebrewery’sproduct taste profile in alignment with the Molson Coors Taste System (MCTS). The role supports key initiatives in productivity, waste reduction (including Total Extract Loss and Work in Process), process optimization, and the technical development of brewing personnel.
As the primary communication link between the Brewing Manager, Quality Manager, and corporate Brewing, Quality, Technical, and Packaging Services teams, you will help advance brewing technologies, processes, and equipment upgrades or replacements. You will also support the NPP process for new product development andfacilitatelocal knowledge transfer.
This role carries critical responsibility for the safety and quality of all products by providing governance and guidance across procedures, standards, regulations, policies, programs, and all related Molson Coors guidelines.
This position reports to Sr. Manager Operations-Brewingand works cross functionally with other departments across the organization in Supply Chain and Operations.
WhatYou’llbe Brewing:
You will lead and coordinate continuous improvement across the brewing process, driving performance against WCSC metrics, benchmarks, and business goals.
You will oversee process optimization, waste reduction (TEL, water, and energy), and applies RTT principles and continuous improvement tools to close performance gaps. Leads problem-solving and troubleshooting efforts, ensuring issues are permanently resolved using IPS/UPS methodologies.
You will manage brewing process governance, quality standards, and asset care while supporting team engagement, performance management, and cross-functional involvement (including sensory and aging panels).
You willdelivercost, productivity, and budget results through operational discipline, innovation, and effective capital and operating budget planning.
Key Ingredients:
You have aBachelor’sdegreein BrewingOR equivalent experience (3-5 years)in technical brewing-related work
You have atleast3+years' experienceinBrewing
You bring advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint, and can create high-quality presentations, reports, and documents
Youdemonstratestrong executive communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leaders and clearly convey information.
You have a customer‑service mindset, providing responsive, high‑quality support to leaders, employees, and partners.
You love a challenge. Youdemonstratea high levelof initiative and problem‑solving, with the ability to navigate challenges,anticipateneeds, and act with minimal direction.

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total RewardsOfferings: $109,100.00-$143,200.00(posting salary range) +15%target short term incentive+$23,000on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
