We are partnering with a growing on a Technical Accounting Manager opening to help support complex accounting matters and partner closely with finance leadership across the organization.
What You’ll Do
Research, analyze, and document complex accounting topics including revenue, leases, equity‑based compensation, business combinations, debt and equity instruments, and other non‑routine transactions
Advise business partners and senior leaders on accounting implications of strategic transactions
Develop, document, and maintain accounting policies in accordance with US GAAP and SEC requirements
Support quarterly and annual financial reporting and external audits
Assist with process improvements, internal controls, and compliance initiatives
Participate in special projects such as debt or equity offerings and regulatory filings
Requirements:
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Active CPA license required
5–7 years of experience in public accounting or a mix of public and industry experience, including SEC reporting
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 606 and ASC 842
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
