The Tech Ops SR Analyst participates in the research, analysis, testing and implementation of networks to support companywide voice and/or data communication systems. Performs small network design upgrades and hardware reconfigurations. Will provide advanced technical support to network help desk or customer operations on complex problems. Assists with network traffic analysis and the preparation of forecasts of network traffic and capacity. Participates with maintaining network support playbook and
procedure documentation, both proactively and when assigned. Is as a subject matter expert and/or mentor for less senior Analysts.
This position is primarily responsible for incident management in a network break/fix support capacity. Analysts monitor phones for incoming customer calls, create and work trouble tickets out of a queue, dispatch vendors, customer engagement, provide updates to management and/or customers, SNMP monitoring, participate in conference calls and incident related bridge lines, troubleshoot low to mid-level complexity break/fix issues and participate in projects as assigned.
The position can be filled in Tempe or Charlotte. The shift is Back Half day shift and the schedule is as follows:
Wednesday 11 AM – 7 PM ET
Thursday and Friday 7 AM - 7 PM ET
Saturday 11 AM – 7 PM ET
