The Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) group provides technology solutions and support for Risk, Audit, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Corporate Properties, and Stakeholder Relations business lines. In addition, EFT provides unique technology solutions and innovation for Wells Fargo Technology, Enterprise Shared Services, and Enterprise Data Management. This combined portfolio of applications and tools are continually engineered to meet the challenges of stability, security, scalability, and speed.
Within EFT the Human Resource Information Technology (HRIT) team provides technology support for team member focused applications and processes, including payroll, benefits, learning and recruiting. We are seeking a Tech Bus Systems Sr Associate who will be part of a HRIT development team responsible for supporting and maintaining HRIT agile engineering tools and development processes.
Responsibilities include the following:
- Lead process and tool(SDLC) design work to create and maintain deliverables such as guidelines, process flows, how-tos, standards, and templates for Product teams to use to manage system changes from intake to production release.
- Assures BCP, quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area through process controls
- Acts as a lead in providing application design guidance and consultation, utilizing a thorough understanding of HR SaaS applicable technology, tools and existing designs.
- Lead requirements gathering, design and development effort for Configuration audit reports
- Provides design and configuration direction on Agile tools such as Jira & Confluence to less experienced staff.
- Collaborates with analysts, developers, configurators, testers and business partners in performing modeling, simulations and analysis to identify process and system solutions to meet SDLC requirements
- Verifies program logic by overseeing the preparation of test data, testing and debugging of logical constructs or configurations in Agile tools
- Identifies SDLC process improvement opportunities and develops new documentation and technical procedures to implement necessary SDLC process improvements.
- Supports design and configuration of HR SaaS applications for assigned HR applications
- Support application management activities for assigned HR applications
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in business systems analysis or design as demonstrated through work, military, or education
- 5+ years of Agile experience
- 7+ years of experience capturing and documenting complex business and functional requirements
- 5+ years of process design or improvement experience
- 2+ years of experience with Jira service desk and Confluence tool administration
Desired Qualifications
- Deep knowledge and understanding of operation work flows/processes
- Deep knowledge and understanding of governance and compliance expected from providing solutions in systems and technology domains
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- A BS/BA degree or higher
- 3+ years of HR systems experience (e.g. PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, Workday)
- Knowledge and understanding of DevOps principles
- Knowledge and understanding of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle)
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
- Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations
- Ability to take initiative, identify opportunities and implement change
- 3+ years of change management experience
- Ability to facilitate design sessions
Other Desired Qualifications - Experience with scaling frameworks such as LeSS (Large Scale Scrum Framework) or SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or a combination of both
