Tax Attorney

Our client, a leading AmLaw 10 firm is seeking a Tax Associate (classes 2019–2025) to join its highly regarded and growing tax practice in Dallas.

This role offers exposure to complex, high-value transactions across:

• Private equity and strategic M&A
• Capital markets (including IPOs and spin-offs)
• Investment fund formation
• Energy and real estate (including REITs)

What they’re looking for:

• Strong technical tax background (research + writing)
• Transactional tax experience across one or more of the above areas
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Top academic credentials
• Interest in client-facing work and thought leadership (including speaking opportunities)
