Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a proactive Talent & Learning Specialist to support core Human Resources programs that strengthen our workforce and leadership capability.
In this role, you’ll coordinate key talent processes including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs). You’ll maintain data accuracy, provide meaningful insights, and support the development of tools and communications that enhance talent and workforce planning.
You’ll play a key role in shaping talent and capability outcomes across the organisation, working closely with our Human Resources team and leaders, you’ll help shape meaningful development experiences and drive strong talent and capability outcomes.
This is a 9-month fixed term contract
