Pride Health is hiring a Talent Development Consultant – Senior to support our client’s medical facility based in Colorado.

This is a 4-month contract with the possibility of extension, competitive pay and benefits, and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization



Job Title: Talent Development Consultant – Senior

Location: Aurora, CO 80045

Duration: 4 Months Contract

Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (8 Hours/Day)

Pay Range: $35/hr. - $38/hr.


Job Duties

  • Deliver and facilitate training programs on leadership development, organizational development, and HR processes using adult learning principles.
  • Partner with business leaders to assess needs and implement customized talent development solutions.
  • Lead program and project management initiatives, including change management efforts.
  • Provide consulting services, including assessment, coaching, and implementation of development strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Support Learning Management System (LMS) activities, including user support, reporting, and troubleshooting.


Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Leadership Development, or related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in corporate training or organizational development.
  • Proven experience in program/project management and change management
  • Certified DiSC Facilitator and Practitioner.
