 The Talent Management & Development team delivers processes and programs which engage, develop, and retain organizational talent. Our team delivers talent solutions which enable leaders to assess, develop, engage, and progress every employee to optimize individual and organizational performance. Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and support standardized Learning and Leadership Development processes or protocols that comply with broader HR and organizational policy.
  • Leverage instructional design principles to support the analysis of needs and the development, deployment, and evaluation of both formal and informal development solutions.
  • Mitigate risk by following established procedures, accurately tracking data and deadlines, identifying key errors or discrepancies, and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.
  • Administer systems (LMS and/or HRIS) through supporting activities such as data maintenance, enrollment management, testing, validation, and reporting.
  • Create and deliver timely, clear, and professional communications for People Development processes, programs, meetings, or events through appropriate channels.
  • Assemble, review, and produce reports in response to regulatory inquiries, audit action items, management requests, and operational reporting needs.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate tasks to address items of highest priority; monitor progress, track completion, and escalate issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, delivering consistently high‑quality, accurate, and timely work.
  • Align risk and control processes into day‑to‑day responsibilities to monitor, escalate, and mitigate operational risk appropriately.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

  • Consistently maintains high levels of productivity across multiple projects and/or programs for self, while supporting overall team deliverables.
  • Consistently monitors tasks and/or projects to respond to stakeholder requests in an accurate, timely, and professional manner; escalates issues, risks, or dependencies when appropriate.
  • Selects and/or uses basic data visualization techniques (for example: flow charts, tables, and simple graphs) and analyzes and interprets data to identify patterns, trends, and relationships.
  • Demonstrates the ability to support the development of learning objectives and evaluate how courses meet those objectives; elicits information from subject matter experts to assist with developing instructional content, solutions, and storyboards; applies strategies to support learner engagement.
  • Demonstrates awareness of current training plans and program materials; develops an understanding of how they address specific department or functional needs and contribute to the organization’s overall effectiveness.


 

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
