  • Identify and cultivate new sourcing channels and referral pipelines to continuously expand the candidate pool.
  • Conduct initial phone screens, in-person interviews, and skills assessments to evaluate candidate fit for client roles.
  • Manage the full candidate lifecycle from first contact through offer acceptance, ensuring a positive experience at every step.
  • Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding including documentation, orientation, and client-site introductions.
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking records and ensure all candidate data is current in the ATS.
  • Collaborate with Client Delivery team to anticipate workforce needs and align recruiting activity accordingly.

Knowledge and Experience Requirements:

  • Experience building and maintaining community partnerships to drive applicant flow.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage authentically with a diverse candidate base.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a high volume of requisitions and candidates simultaneously.
  • Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and common productivity tools
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently
