Position Summary
Denton Floyd Real Estate Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the company’s full-cycle recruiting efforts across all business units, including corporate, construction, development, and property management.
This individual will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to identify, attract, and hire top talent while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in helping support the organization’s continued rapid growth by executing strategic hiring initiatives and maintaining recruiting process excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for exempt and non-exempt positions across multiple departments and divisions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and ideal candidate profiles
• Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other sourcing strategies
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience
• Draft and post compelling job advertisements across recruiting platforms
• Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) records to ensure accurate recruiting metrics and compliance
• Assist in developing and implementing recruiting strategies to attract top-tier talent in competitive markets
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Participate in employer branding initiatives including job fairs, networking events, college recruiting, and social media recruiting campaigns
• Support onboarding coordination to ensure smooth transition from candidate to new hire
• Assist in maintaining recruiting analytics including time-to-fill, source tracking, and hiring metrics reporting
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources experience preferred
• Experience recruiting across multiple functional areas and levels of seniority strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience recruiting within real estate, construction, property management, or professional services industries
• Knowledge of sourcing passive candidates and direct recruiting strategies
• Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
