About the Role

Rolfson Oil is seeking a high-energy Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for field operations and corporate support hiring needs. This role is critical to keeping operations staffed with dependable, safety-minded talent across multiple markets.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for field, operations, driver, mechanic, technician, skilled trades, and office support roles
  • Source candidates through Indeed, referrals, networking, direct outreach, and recruiting platforms
  • Conduct phone screens focused on experience, reliability, work history, safety mindset, and fit
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain momentum through every hiring stage
  • Build talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions before openings arise
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and priorities
  • Maintain accurate ATS updates and candidate communication in real time
  • Guide candidates through offer stage, onboarding steps, and first-day readiness
  • Improve recruiting strategies, sourcing channels, and job posting performance
  • Support hiring projects and workforce initiatives as needed


What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience in high-volume or fast-paced environments
  • Experience hiring for operations, logistics, transportation, oilfield, manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or skilled trades strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
  • Strong sourcing skills and confidence making outbound recruiting calls
  • Ability to evaluate candidates quickly and effectively
  • Excellent follow-up, organization, and communication skills
  • Experience with Paycom, TenStreet, or similar ATS platforms preferred
  • DOT compliance knowledge is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required with relevant experience
